Let your voice take my pain away
In this world wide suicide
Cause all the pictures have been washed away in black
And I’ll hear you scream again

Feel the rhythm with your hands
How I choose to feel is how I am
I’m trying to fix my broken soul
And once again I’m feeling outshined

Am I just paranoid, Am I weak
I don't have eyes for the outside world
Am I just paranoid, Am I weak
I don't have eyes for the outside world

The government don’t speak for us, yeah they don’t speak for us,
They will normalize it all, normalize it ALL!
They’ll tell you it again and again
Until your mind is locked in

So count your blessings
Hell can’t burn me no more
And I’ll just be another sad guest
On this dark earth

Am I just paranoid, Am I weak
I don't have eyes for the outside world
Am I just paranoid, Am I weak
I don't have eyes for the outside world
This is a poem/song thing I did while I was hearing a lot of good music. I was inspired by Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Green Day, Radiohead, RATM, Incubus and Tom Waits.

I really like it.

I could tell it was inspired by a song/several songs, did you write this to a particular tune/rhythm?

If not, you might want to ask someone to do that — or do it yourself, I don't know your skill set).
